Hypnosis Protocols - NLP

Hypnosis, or more correctly guided relaxation, is an impressive therapeutic tool, as well as a great self-awareness path.

So-called “hypnosis” is a state of trance in which we have increased focus and concentration. Hypnosis is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and guided positive imagery. The goal of hypnosis is to relax the patient, so that their deep desires and potential emerge to overcome any problem.

Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over unwanted behaviors or to help you better cope with stress and pain. It is important that although each person is open to suggestions during hypnosis, they never lose control of behavior, nor can the therapist act without the will of the patient.

Hypnagogic relaxation is an effective method of complementary therapy and is recommended for a number of conditions, such as:

  • Pain control
  • Hot flashes
  • Behavior modification. Hypnosis is successfully used in the treatment of insomnia, harmful habits such as smoking, overeating, etc. and in general lifestyle changes aimed at the health and well-being of the patient.
  • Symptoms of anxiety, phobias and post-traumatic stress.

No special preparation is needed for the person concerned to undergo hypnosis. Comfortable clothing and the willingness to get to know yourself in depth are the only prerequisites for an amazing hypnosis protocol.
